On April 17, the Halifax Convention Centre welcomed back the Savour Food & Wine Show, Atlantic Canada's premier food and wine celebration. With over 80 vendors from Nova Scotia's finest restaurants, food producers, winemakers, and mixologists, the Savour Food & Wine Show is the largest non-profit culinary festival in Canada. Proceeds from welcoming over 1,200 guests (and growing) help support the Restaurant Association of Nova Scotia (RANS), and as a valued partner, Savour has become a signature event at the Halifax Convention Centre. For the 2025 Savour Food & Wine Show, we asked Natasha Chestnut (RANS) and Joe McGuinness (Legendary Hospitality) what makes this event so meaningful and so exciting! Beyond the incredible and unique food and drink, events like Savour help us showcase Nova Scotia's amazing food and beverage scene while driving vibrancy to our downtown business partners with guests from around the world.
